Binnen het filiaal Wondelgem, onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Cluster Manager, is het jouw doel om professionele klanten te verwelkomen en de beste aankoopervaring aan te bieden.

Als Filiaalmanager zal dit jouw missie zijn:

  • Je ontvangt klanten in jouw filiaal en verleent technisch advies door hen een gamma van oplossingen aan technische producten aan te bieden die aangepast zijn aan hun behoeften.
  • Je staat in rechtstreeks contact met de klanten. Dit zowel in de winkel, via telefoon als via e-mail.
  • Je maakt offertes voor de klanten, je brengt de bestellingen in orde en je staat in voor de voorraadopvolging.
  • Je zet promoties van de leveranciers of productaanbiedingen in de kijker.
  • Dankzij jouw veelzijdigheid help je mee aan het beheer van de winkel (ontvangst van de goederen, opslag, verzending, retourzendingen...).
  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van het filiaal. Concreet betekent dit dat je de werkzaamheden van de medewerkers coördineert, in samenspraak met de Cluster Manager.
  • Dankzij de opleidingen blijf je steeds op de hoogte van nieuwe producten en trends binnen de sector.
  • Tot slot ondersteun je de vertegenwoordiger in zijn technisch en commercieel werk.
  • Technische opleiding in elektriciteit met een goede productkennis;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in verkoop aan professionals, met een sterke focus op resultaat en klanttevredenheid
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en servicegericht, met het vermogen om de specifieke behoeften van installateurs te begrijpen;
  • Eerste ervaring als teamverantwoordelijke;
  • Goed georganiseerd en zelfstandig;
  • Goede communicatie en teamgeest om de samenwerking met collega’s te bevorderen;
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap met de capaciteit om een team efficiënt te motiveren en aan te sturen;
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
