Pour notre client un acteur innovant et dynamique dans le secteur des métaux non ferreux de la région – nous recherchons un Opérateur de Machine / Opérateur de Processus.

En tant qu'Opérateur de Machine, vous assurez la gestion complète du processus de production de A à Z :

  • Conduite de Machines & Suivi de Processus : Vous pilotez et surveillez attentivement les machines de production avancées (T1, G1 & R1). Vous gérez et ajustez le processus de production global.
  • Diagnostic & Résolution d'Anomalies : En cas de dysfonctionnement ou d'alarme, vous effectuez un contrôle et un diagnostic précis afin de relancer rapidement la production.
  • Codage & Connaissance Produits : Vous maîtrisez les produits et leurs codes internes, et veillez au codage correct des flux d'entrées et de sorties.
  • Maintenance de Base & Logistique : Vous réalisez la maintenance de premier niveau sur les machines et déplacez les flux de marchandises à l'aide du chariot élévateur.
  • Ordre, Propreté & 5S : Vous maintenez la zone de production propre et organisée selon la méthode 5S, garantissant ainsi un environnement de travail sécurisé.

En tant qu'Opérateur de Machine,

  • Brevets & Expérience : Vous disposez d'une expérience probante en tant que cariste et êtes en possession d'un brevet de chariot élévateur valide. L'expérience avec une chargeuse sur pneus (chargeuse/bull) et/ou une nacelle élévatrice constitue un bel atout !
  • Connaissance des Métaux : Une connaissance de base des métaux non ferreux est un atout majeur (ou vous faites preuve d'une grande motivation pour vous former).
  • Attitude : Vous êtes curieux, désireux d'apprendre et toujours ouvert à l'acquisition de nouvelles compétences.
  • Qualités : Vous travaillez avec le souci du détail, fournissez des résultats précis et faites preuve d'organisation.
  • Sécurité : Le respect strict des consignes de sécurité et des procédures fait partie intégrante de votre ADN.
