Wat wordt jou uitdaging?

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van de productie van gecoat glas met hoge kwaliteitsnormen
  • Opvolgen, superviseren en bijsturen van de productie zodat vooropgestelde productieparameters en planning gehaald worden op een veilige manier
  • Aansturen van de productieteams (3 ploegen in de week en weekendploeg)
  • Beheren en bestellen van het productiematerialen en opvolging van nieuwe modellen
  • Organiseren van diverse verbeteringsprojecten en ondersteunen van de capaciteitsuitbreiding
  • Mee zorgen voor kwaliteitsborging in samenwerking met de proces engineer, kwaliteitsmanager en leidinggevendenproductie door het dagdagelijkse afstemming van de SQC-metingen, beslissingen nemen over twijfelachtige productie en bijsturing van processen indien nodig
  • Onderzoeken van klantenklachten, incidentanalyses: oorzaakanalyses uitvoeren + corrigerende maatregelen implementeren
  • Up to date houden van voorschriften en instructies binnen het managementsysteem
  • Nauw betrokken zijn bij de ontwikkeling en het testen van nieuwe coatings, specifiek ten aanzien van de nodige kwaliteitsmetingen
  • Rapporteren aan de manager Coater en nauw samenwerken met directe collega’s maar ook met externe collega’s
  • Je draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel en spreekt hierover ook medewerkers op aan
  • Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en People management skills
  • Je bent sterk in data gedreven analyses & nauwkeurig in je rapportering
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en je weet prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je werkt graag in een team naar een gezamenlijk doel toe en weet het beste uit medewerkers naar boven te halen
  • Je bent flexibel en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige realisatie van de projecten
  • Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus
  • Jouw creatief/analytisch denkvermogen, proactieve aanpak en enthousiasme zijn bepalende factoren.
