Voor een toonaangevende klant, een innovatief en snelgroeiend engineeringbedrijf gespecialiseerd in laagspanningsoplossingen en geprefabriceerde datacenterinfrastructuur (met meer dan 80 medewerkers), zoekt Vivaldis een gedreven Project Manager - Datacenter Facilities.

Functieomschrijving

Als Project Manager ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor de oplevering van geprefabriceerde datacenteroplossingen: van de definitieve bestelling tot de installatie, inbedrijfstelling (commissioning) en acceptatie op de site van de klant.

Jouw voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Volledige projectcyclus: Het beheren van het gehele traject (contract review, engineering, inkoop, productie in het atelier, werfinstallatie, commissioning en overdracht naar de Service-afdeling).
  • Klantrelatie & communicatie: Je treedt op als primair aanspreekpunt voor de klant en vormt de schakel naar interne afdelingen (Engineering, Supply Chain, Productie, Service).
  • Projectleiderschap: Aansturen en motiveren van een multidisciplinair projectteam om de oplevering binnen de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen, planning en budgetten te garanderen.
  • Technisch toezicht: Beoordelen en challengen van offertes, ontwerpen en technische documentatie om de haalbaarheid en conformiteit met de contractuele eisen te borgen.
  • Financieel beheer: Nauwgezette opvolging van projectfinanciën (werkelijke kosten, cost-to-complete, facturatie en marge) en het voorzitten van statusmeetings en stuurgroepen.
  • Continue verbetering: Actief bijdragen aan het standaardiseren en optimaliseren van projectmanagementprocessen en -tools.

Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding: Master in de industriële of burgerlijke ingenieurswetenschappen (Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek, Elektronica of Mechanica).
  • Ervaring: 5 tot 10+ jaar relevante ervaring met het leiden van klantgerichte projecten binnen een industriële, internationale en multiculturele context.
  • Technische achtergrond: Solide kennis van elektrische installaties, mechanische systemen of automatisatie/sturingen, met het vermogen om ontwerpen kritisch te beoordelen.
  • Methodologie: Grondige kennis van gangbare projectmanagementmethodieken (een PMP- of PRINCE2-certificering is een duidelijke troef).
  • Financieel inzicht: Vertrouwd met budgetbeheer, forecasting en kostenbeheersing.
  • Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een extra pluspunt.
  • Vaardigheden: Klantgericht, sterke communicator met overtuigingskracht (ook op C-level niveau), proactief, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Mobiliteit: Bereidheid tot occasionele verplaatsingen in binnen- en buitenland (+/- 10% van je tijd).
