Wat ga je doen?

Als Service Technical Lead ben je de technische autoriteit binnen ons serviceteam. Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit, lost de complexe storingen op waar anderen vastlopen, en tilt het hele team naar een hoger niveau. Concreet ziet jouw takenpakket er zo uit:

  • Als technische aanspreekpunt fungeren: je helpt je collega’s op kantoor én de techniekers in het veld bij technisch complexe dossiers.
  • Storingen structureel oplossen: je analyseert complexe en terugkerende problemen aan laadpalen, BESS-units en PV-omvormers tot op de grondoorzaak — en lost ze duurzaam op, in plaats van symptomen te bestrijden.
  • Productspecialist worden: je groeit uit tot dé expert van onze hardware (AC-laders, DC-snelladers, batterijopslag en omvormers) en houdt daarvoor nauw contact met onze leveranciers.
  • Processen verbeteren: je spot knelpunten in onze serviceflows, werkt verbetervoorstellen uit en verkort de hersteltijden.
  • Spare parts op punt houden: je bepaalt mee welke onderdelen kritisch zijn en op stock moeten, en zorgt voor een vlotte beschikbaarheid.
  • Kennis delen: je coacht collega’s, begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en bouwt mee aan een sterke leercultuur.
  • Samenwerken: je werkt nauw samen met de team lead service en bewaakt steeds de balans tussen snelheid en technische kwaliteit.

Wie ben je?

  • Je bent elektrotechnisch onderlegd en hebt kennis van elektriciteit en netwerken.
  • Je werkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht: je gaat door tot je de échte oorzaak te pakken hebt.
  • Je hebt zin om je te verdiepen en productspecialist te worden — voorkennis van laadpalen, batterijen of PV is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je neemt graag de technische lead en deelt je kennis met plezier.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; Frans en/of Engels zijn een plus.
  • Ervaring in technische service of onderhoud van elektrische installaties is een sterk pluspunt.
