Onze klant in Izegem is wereldwijd een toonaangevende pionier en referentie in het ontwerpen en bouwen van hoogtechnologische productiemachines en matrijzen. Binnen hun hypermoderne productieomgeving vervaardigen we uiterst precieze mechanische onderdelen. De verspanende afdeling vormt het kloppend hart van onze werking: een geavanceerd machinepark met hoogtechnologische CNC-draai- en freesmachines.

Om de betrouwbaarheid, nauwkeurigheid en continuïteit van deze machines te waarborgen, zoeken wij een gedreven en doorwinterde Onderhoudstechnieker Machinepark met specialisatie in CNC-verspaningsmachines.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als specialist machineonderhoud ben jij de sleutelfiguur voor onze verspaningsafdeling.

  • Je focust je specifiek op het preventief, curatief en predictief onderhoud van ons uitgebreide CNC-machinepark (draai- en freesbanken, zowel 3-assig als meervoudig simultaan gestuurd).
  • Curatief onderhoud & storingsinterventies: Je spoort mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische pannes snel en trefzeker op en lost ze vakkundig op om machinestilstand tot een minimum te herleiden.
  • Preventief onderhoud: Je voert gestructureerd periodieke onderhoudsbeurten uit volgens de fabrieksspecificaties (o.a. controle van spindels, smering, geleidingen, koelsystemen en gereedschapswisselaars).
  • Geometrie & Precisie: Je voert periodieke geometrische controles uit, lijnt assen en spindels uit en stelt spelingen bij om de micrometer-nauwkeurigheid van onze machines te garanderen.
  • Optimalisatie & Onderdelenbeheer: Je denkt proactief mee over modificaties om slijtage te voorkomen en beheert kritieke reserveonderdelen voor het verspanend machinepark.
  • Samenwerking: Je staat in nauw contact met onze CNC-operatoren, frezers/draaiers en externe servicetechniekers van machinebouwers bij grotere revisies.

Wie zoeken wij?

Voor deze sleutelrol zoeken we een specialist die de fijne knepen van verspaningsmachines door en door kent:

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens circa 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in het onderhoud, de herstelling of de service van CNC-draaibanken en freesmachines (bijvoorbeeld als servicetechnieker bij een machinebouwer/verdeler of als interne onderhoudstechnieker binnen een hoogwaardige verspanende omgeving).
  • Opleiding & Kennis: Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (A2 of Bachelor) in Elektromechanica, Mechanica of Onderhoudstechnieken, of bent gelijkwaardig door doorgedreven praktijkervaring.
  • Multidisciplinair vakmanschap: Je hebt diepgaande mechanische vakkennis (spindellagers, kogelomloopspillen, lineaire geleidingen) aangevuld met een stevige basis in elektriciteit, hydraulica, pneumatica en CNC-sturingen (kennis van Heidenhain, Siemens of Fanuc is een grote troef).
  • Analytisch & Nauwkeurig: Je werkt uiterst gestructureerd, bent analytisch sterk in foutopsporing en draagt precisie hoog in het vaandel.
  • Talen: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; een praktische basiskennis Engels of Frans voor het lezen van technische handleidingen is een pluspunt.
