The posting

Onze klant in Puurs produceert en verkoopt machines voor de wegenbouw. De organisatie levert machines voor wegenbouw, breek- en zeefinstallaties voor recycling en verwerking van mineralen, en asfaltplants. Zij zoeken een technisch commercieel medewerker binnendienst.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Invoeren van bestellingen van onderdelen voor de parts- en service-afdeling in het SAP-systeem.
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen en leveringen bij de fabrieken (OEM's).
  • Informeren van klanten en collega's bij gewijzigde leveringstermijnen of vertragingen.
  • Samenwerken met de technisch expert die onderdelen verkoopt bij klanten.
  • Opzoeken van onderdeelnummers in de elektronische onderdelencatalogus Widos.
  • Klanten telefonisch te woord staan, onderdelen opzoeken in de catalogus op basis van de omschrijving en offertes opmaken.
  • Klanten en leveranciers te woord staan in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels via e-mail en telefoon.
  • Ontvangen van klanten die onderdelen komen afhalen op de vestiging.
  • Uitvoeren van de dagelijkse facturatie, afsluiten van bestellingen in SAP, goedkeuren van aankoopfacturen en verwerken van de invoice monitor.
  • Opmaken van creditnota's voor geretourneerde onderdelen na goedkeuring van de leidinggevende.
  • Vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Basiskennis voor het lezen van elektrische en mechanische schema's.
  • Interesse in de techniek van mobiele machines.
  • Bereidheid tot rechtstreekse communicatie met klanten en collega's.
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Franse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Engels of Duits vormt een pluspunt.
