Als External Sales Advisor Industry ben jij het gezicht van onze klant bij de industriële klanten in de regio Antwerpen. Je beheert je eigen portfolio niet alleen, je laat het ook groeien!

Jouw takenpakket is uitdagend en veelzijdig:

  • Je onderhoudt sterke, persoonlijke banden met bestaande klanten en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je luistert naar de noden van de klant en stelt innovatieve elektrotechnische producten, energie-efficiënte oplossingen en services voor.
  • Samen met de commerciële binnendienst en technische specialisten volg je offertes en lopende projecten nauwgezet op.
  • Je spot proactief verkoopkansen, doet aan cross-selling en informeert klanten enthousiast over commerciële acties en incentives.
  • Je houdt het CRM-systeem up-to-date en denkt mee over de optimalisatie van salesprocessen om de teamdoelstellingen (omzet en brutomarge) te boosten.
  • Je promoot en bezoekt klantenevenementen en opleidingen om je netwerk warm te houden.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten (bij voorkeur richting elektriciteit) of hebt door ervaring een sterke affiniteit met elektrotechniek opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring opgedaan binnen de sector INDUSTRY.
  • Je bent proactief, dynamisch, klant- en servicegericht. Cross-selling zit in je DNA.
  • Je beschikt over sterke sociale vaardigheden. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • De tech-wereld staat nooit stil. Je bent klaar om je productkennis voortdurend bij te spijkeren.
