The posting

FunctieVoor onze klant, een gekend bouwbedrijf in Zutendaal, zijn op zoek naar een aankoper / werkvoorbereider.Als aankoper sta ja in voor:

  • Als aankoper/ werkvoorbereider ben je de eerste schakel in het uitvoeringsdossier. Na een grondige inwerking in het dossier, stel je gerichte prijsvragen op
  • Met jouw technisch inzicht vertaal je het dossier en architectuurplan in een praktische werkopdracht voor de eigen ploegen en onderaannemers
  • Jouw technische werkvoorbereiding zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering vlekkeloos verloopt
  • Doorheen het volledige voorbereidings- en ook bouwproces is er een nauw overleg met de projectleiders
  • Je communiceert met architecten, ingenieurs, EPB-verslaggevers en leveranciers: je kent en spreekt hun vaktaal. Je bent in staat om een stevig en duurzaam netwerk uit te bouwen van onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Verder ben je een alerte inkoper met een goed oog voor het kostenplaatje en zoek je mee naar verbeteringen waar mogelijk.
  • Je doet tijdig de aanvragen met betrekking tot de nutsvoorzieningen en de nodige keuringen hiervan.
  • Daarnaast verzamel je alle info voor het post-interventiedossier en stel je dit nauwkeurig samen

Profiel

  • Je behaalde minimaal een bachelor in een bouwgerelateerde richting of bent uiteraard evenwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in de uitvoering als werf-of projectleider is zeker ook een meerwaarde.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch- en bouwkundig inzicht
  • Je bent analytisch zeer sterk en hebt een gezonde ambitie om nauwkeurig werk te leveren
  • Zowel werken in teamverband, als zelfstandig aan de slag gaan is jou op het lijf geschreven
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve skills en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en daarnaast spreek je basis Engels en Frans.
