Voor onze klant, een meubelbedrijf regio Gent allround administratief bediende.

Zo ziet jouw dag eruit als allrond administratief bediende op de klantendienst:

  • Je staat in voor de eerste lijn telefonie, je schrikt dus niet terug van veelvoudige telefonische contacten.
  • Bijkomend sta je in voor het beantwoorden van binnenkomende emails en andere diverse administratieve taken.
  • Je stapt met plezier mee in het beurtrolsysteem, dit kan zowel aan de kassa als aan de omruilbalie.
  • Bij drukke momenten, is het voor jou ook helemaal géén probleem om jouw commerciële skills binnen de verkoop van meubelen, te gebruiken.
  • Je werkt één weekend op twee; zowel zaterdag als zondag en één op twee feestdagen.

Profiel

Dit ben jij als dé ideale collega allround administratief bediende:

  • Minstens A2-diploma, eerste ervaring binnen een bediendefunctie met klantencontact, zeer goede kennis Nederlands, bijkomend goed Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent communicatief heel sterk aan telefoon met een vlotte telefoonstem.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, assertief en je durft initiatief nemen.
  • Gemotiveerd, enthousiast en steeds klantvriendelijk.
  • Je hebt een vlotte babbel en een aangename telefoonstem, je communiceert vlot en duidelijk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent pas tevreden als de klant dat ook is, klantvriendelijk, servicegericht.
  • We zoeken een vriendelijke en vlotte persoonlijkheid die houdt van veelvuldige sociale contacten met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid, je springt graag bij in de verkoop, waarbij je van A-Z een verkoop kan afhandelen.
