Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Junior Productieleider voor onze klant in Hamont.

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerp, de vervaardiging en de montage van hoogwaardige en complexe staalconstructies.

Jouw takenpakket als Junior Productieleider bestaat uit:

  • Het mee organiseren en stroomlijnen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de productievloer.
  • Het coachen, enthousiasmeren en aansturen van de productiemedewerkers.
  • Het nauwgezet bewaken van de rendementsdoelen, de geleverde kwaliteit en de voortgang.
  • Het garanderen van een veilige, ordelijke en nette werkomgeving.
  • Het snel detecteren en aanpakken van knelpunten tijdens het productieproces.
  • Afstemmen met gerelateerde diensten zoals logistiek, onderhoud, kwaliteit en planning.
  • Denken en bouwen aan continue procesverbeteringen en efficiëntieprojecten.
  • Rapporteren over de resultaten en voortgang aan de Productiemanager.

Profiel

Als Junior Productieleider herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in een technische richting (of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door ervaring).
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken passie voor techniek, productieprocessen en het leidinggeven aan een team.
  • Affiniteit of ervaring in de metaal-, staal- of maakinrichting is een mooie troef; ervaring in een soortgelijke omgeving is meegenomen.Je communiceert vlot en weet een team op een
  • opbouwende en motiverende manier mee te krijgen.
  • Je pakt zaken praktisch aan, denkt oplossingsgericht en bewaart steeds het overzicht.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands; een goede basis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
