Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Productmanager Assistent Afvalpersen voor onze klant in Kaulille (Bocholt). Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en produceren van hoogwaardige afvalpersen, containers en kippers.

Wat maakt hen uniek?! Maatwerk, dit zorgt voor een heel interessant traject vanaf de aankoop tot de afwerking.

Jouw takenpakket als Productmanager Assistent bestaat uit:

Je start met een intensief leertraject waarin je de machines en de interne workflow volledig onder de knie krijgt. Na deze inwerkperiode word je de rechterhand van de Productmanager en draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over:

  • Technisch dossierbeheer: Het samenstellen van productiedossiers, stuklijsten en materiaalcontroles.
  • Planning & Opvolging: Samen met de verantwoordelijke stuur je de afdeling afvalpersen aan.
  • Engineering & Optimalisatie: Je werkt mee aan het verbeteren van producten en productieprocessen.
  • Klantondersteuning: Je analyseert technische vraagstukken van klanten en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen en offertes.
  • Automatisatie: Je programmeert nieuwe PLC-sturingen en houdt de CE-documentatie en handleidingen up-to-date.

Profiel

Als Productmanager Assistent herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over een diploma als Master Industrieel Ingenieur Elektromechanica.
  • Passie voor techniek: Je hebt een scherp technisch inzicht en een grote dosis "goesting" om bij te leren.
  • Softwarekennis: Je hebt een basiskennis PLC (Siemens, Beckhoff, ...) en bent vertrouwd met Autocad en Inventor 2025.
  • Talenknobbel: Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en trekt je plan in het Engels en Frans. Kennis van het Duits is een mooie plus.
  • Mentaliteit: Je bent een zelfstandige trekker die ook binnen een team uitstekend functioneert.

Wat kan je als Productmanager Assistent verwachten?

  • Impact: Je werkt in een atelier-omgeving (geen bandwerk) aan unieke, hoogwaardige producten van A tot Z.
  • Ontwikkeling: Volop mogelijkheden voor interne opleidingen (o.a. PLC en CE-richtlijnen) en doorgroeikansen.
  • Work-life balance: Een job in dagdienst (07:20u - 16:00u) met maar liefst 41 vakantiedagen per jaar (20 wettelijk 21 ADV). Ze sluiten tijdens het verlof in de zomer van de metaal alsook de 2 weken met kerst en nieuw, maar dankzij het interessant stelsel, heb je nog voldoende vrije dagen om te nemen hierbuiten!
  • Loonpakket: Verloning volgens PC 209 (metaalsector) inclusief een extra pensioenpremie en maaltijdcheques van €4,50 per gewerkte dag (deze waarde stijgt naar gelang je anciënniteit).
  • Milieubewust: dankzij een volledig geautomatiseerde fietsenstalling met badge systeem is het logisch dat je graag met de fiets gaat werken. Hierbij kan je dan ook een maximale fietsvergoeding verwachten!

Hard werken wordt beloond! Na een geslaagde interimperiode ontvang je een vast contract.
