Voor een stijlvolle kledingwinkel in 1740 Ternat zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Assistent Winkelverantwoordelijke om het team te versterken en de store manager te ondersteunen.

Jouw taken

Als rechterhand van de winkelverantwoordelijke combineer je een passie voor verkoop met een talent voor coördinatie.

  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele werking van de winkel.
  • Je coacht en motiveert het verkoopteam en fungeert als hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je adviseert klanten over de verschillende merken, maten en pasvormen en zorgt voor een uitstekende winkelervaring.
  • Je stimuleert de verkoop door een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie en een correct voorraadbeheer mee te bewaken.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de manager neem jij de leiding en zorg je dat alles op wieltjes loopt.

Profiel

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als verkoper/verkoopster in de modesector.
  • Je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en commercieel inzicht.
  • Een eerste ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van een team is een sterke plus.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, sociaal en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband functioneren en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.

  • Een vast contract na een geslaagde inwerkperiode.
  • Een voltijdse job van 38 uur per week (in daguren), variabel uurrooster, steeds werken op zaterdag.
  • Werken op zondag 5 à 6 maal per jaar.

  • Interne en externe opleidingen om je kennis van de mode-industrie en je managementvaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
