Bedrijfsomschrijving

Voor onze klant, dé toonaangevende mobiliteits- en bijstandsorganisatie in België, zoekt Vivaldis een ervaren Automechanieker voor de centrale werkplaats in Vorst.

Werken in deze werkplaats betekent deel uitmaken van een hecht team van gepassioneerde technische specialisten en sleutelen aan een gevarieerde vloot ultramoderne interventievoertuigen, uitgerust met geavanceerde technologieën en gereedschappen.

Functieomschrijving

Als Automechanieker Werkplaats speel je een sleutelrol in het operationeel houden van de eigen interventievloot. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk voertuig snel en betrouwbaar kan uitrukken en voorkomt stilstand op het terrein.

Jouw kerntaken:

  • Diagnose & Herstellingen: je analyseert technische pannes (mechanisch, elektrisch en elektronisch), stelt een nauwkeurige diagnose met geavanceerde apparatuur en voert herstellingen uit conform de richtlijnen van de constructeurs.
  • Maatwerk & Opbouw: je verzorgt de niet-standaard opbouw, montage en bekabeling van specifieke uitrusting en accessoires op de interventie- en takelvoertuigen.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles & Testen: je voert grondige analyses en testen uit (zowel via diagnose-software als tijdens proefritten) om te garanderen dat herstellingen conform zijn en herhaaldelijk werkplaatsbezoek te vermijden.
  • Onderhoud & Optimalisatie: je onderhoudt de hoogwaardige apparatuur en stelt verbeteringen voor om de werking van de werkplaats continu te optimaliseren.

ProfielProfiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: technisch diploma in automechanica / autodiagnose, of gelijkwaardig door minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in diagnose en herstelling binnen de automotive sector.
  • Technische vaardigheden: sterke basis in boordelektronica, multiplexing en het vlot interpreteren van elektrische schema's.
  • Talenkennis: uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands of het Frans, aangevuld met een goede praktische werkkennis van de andere landstaal.
  • Analytisch vermogen & Zelfstandigheid: sterk probleemoplossend vermogen bij complexe storingen, methodische aanpak en een kritische blik op technische data.
  • Oplossings- en kwaliteitsgericht: oog voor detail, zin voor afwerking van hoge kwaliteit en continu oog voor veiligheid, ook onder tijdsdruk.
