Ben jij klantgericht, flexibel en technisch ingesteld? Voor een bedrijf in Deurne dat bouwmachines verhuurt, zijn wij op zoek naar een allround baliemedewerker.

In deze uitdagende rol combineer je administratieve vaardigheden, technische kennis en klantcontact om onze klanten een uitstekende service te bieden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je helpt klanten bij het afhalen van gehuurde machines en geeft duidelijke gebruiksinstructies.
  • Opstellen van huurcontracten via het verhuurpakket InspHire.
  • Afrekenen van huurcontracten en verwerken van betalingen.
  • Klanten adviseren over ons brede aanbod aan huurmachines en accessoires.
  • Uitleggen van huurverzekeringen, transportkosten en verbruiksproducten.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen over transport, reservaties en technische problemen aan de balie, telefonisch en via e-mail.

Profiel

  • Je hebt kennis van machines en ervaring in tuin- of industriebouw via opleiding of praktijk.
  • Je hebt ervaring aan de balie of in een administratieve functie.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je leert snel nieuwe programma’s, zoals ons verhuurpakket InspHire.
  • Je weet klantbehoeften te vertalen naar passende oplossingen en communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent stipt, nauwkeurig, en hebt een sterk oog voor orde en netheid.
  • Je bent bereid om flexibel te werken en woont in de ruime omgeving van Deurne.

  • Fulltime job (38.81 uur/week met opbouw van ADV) met een vast 4-weken werkrooster (4 dagen/week en 2 zaterdagen per 4 weken).
