Ben jij toe aan een frisse, nieuwe uitdaging binnen een jong, ambitieus en snelgroeiend vastgoedkantoor? Krijg jij een enorme kick van een geslaagde verkoop of verhuur, en zoek je een omgeving waar jouw inzet direct en royaal beloond wordt? Voor onze klant een dynamische vastgoedspeler in de regio zijn we op zoek naar gedreven doorzetters met een échte passie voor vastgoed.

Of je nu net je BIV-erkenning op zak hebt of al tonnen ervaring meebrengt in de sector: wij helpen je jouw talenten maximaal te ontplooien en maken je nóg beter, op jouw eigen tempo!

Als Vastgoedmakelaar ben je de spilfiguur van je eigen portefeuille en regio:

  • Inkoop & Prospectie: Je gaat actief op zoek naar panden (woningen, appartementen, bouwgronden) en bouwt een sterk lokaal netwerk op.
  • Waardebepaling & Begeleiding: Je voert professionele schattingen uit en adviseert eigenaars op een eerlijke en transparante manier.
  • Verkoop & Verhuur: Je begeleidt het volledige commerciële traject van A tot Z: van opvallende publiciteit en plaatsbezoeken tot de onderhandelingen en de ondertekening van de overeenkomst.
  • Klantenrelaties: Je bent het vaste, betrouwbare aanspreekpunt voor zowel kopers, verkopers, huurders als verhuurders.

Profiel

Jouw profiel als vastgoedmakelaar:

  • Erkenning & Ervaring: Je bent (net) erkend BIV-vastgoedmakelaar of beschikt over een BIV-stagenummer. Tonnen ervaring in de vastgoedsector is uiteraard een absolute plus!
  • Status: Je werkt of wil graag werken als zelfstandige (in hoofd- of bijberoep).
  • Competenties: Je bent eerlijk, stipt, communicatief ijzersterk en een rasechte doorzetter die energie krijgt van resultaat.
  • Attitude: Je werkt graag zelfstandig, hebt commerciële flair en bent gedreven om te groeien.
