Heb jij een scherp oog voor autoschade én weet jij een team naar het hoogste niveau te tillen? Als Ploegbaas Carrosserie ben jij de spilfiguur van onze werkplaats in Drogenbos. Je vertaalt strakke deadlines naar een geoliede planning, bewaakt de herstelkwaliteit tot in de puntjes en haalt het beste uit je team. Een veelzijdige rol waarin jouw technische vakkennis en leiderschapskwaliteiten perfect samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen & plannen: Je verdeelt de opdrachten slim over het team op basis van vaardigheden en prioriteiten, en houdt de doorlooptijden nauwlettend in de gaten.
  • Kwaliteit borgen: Vóór aflevering controleer je grondig of elk uitdeuk- en herstelwerk aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en merknormen voldoet.
  • Technisch coachen: Bij complexe schadegevallen sta je schouder aan schouder met je collega’s om gericht advies en ondersteuning te bieden.
  • Veiligheid & processen: Je ziet toe op een nette, veilige werkomgeving en zorgt dat milieu-, veiligheids- en interne richtlijnen strikt worden nageleefd.
  • Teamontwikkeling & sfeer: Je signaleert noden op het vlak van opleidingen of gereedschap en bouwt actief mee aan een collegiale, motiverende werksfeer.
  • Bruggen bouwen: Je schakelt vlot met de receptie en de aftersales-afdeling om een soepele service en maximale klanttevredenheid te garanderen.

Profiel

Wie ben jij?

  • Vakmanschap & achtergrond: Je behaalde een diploma autocarrosserie (of bent even ervaren door de praktijk) en hebt minstens 5 jaar solide ervaring als carrossier op de teller.
  • Leidinggevend talent: Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan met het aansturen van een ploeg (bv. als meestergast of voorman) en weet collega’s te motiveren en te coachen.
  • Technisch sterk: Complexe herstel-, vervang- en uitdeuktechnieken hebben voor jou geen geheimen. Je volgt de richtlijnen van constructeurs moeiteloos op.
  • Organisator & teamplayer: Je bewaart het overzicht, stelt scherpe prioriteiten en werkt met uiterste precisie en oog voor de klant.
  • Digitaal vaardig: Werken met werkplaatssystemen en planningssoftware gaat je vlot af.
  • Communicatie & mobiliteit: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en/of Frans en bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
