Voor een bedrijf in Wetteren zijn wij op zoek naar een calculator.

Om onze calculaties verder te professionaliseren zoeken we een Calculator & Kostendeskundige die onze projecten financieel en technisch doorgrondt.

Je combineert calculatie, plan van aanpak, prijsverantwoording en nacalculatie. Zo help je ons niet alleen om competitief in te schrijven, maar ook om onze toekomstige calculaties steeds beter te maken.

Jou takenpakket:

  • analyseert bestekken, meetstaten, plannen en technische vereisten;
  • bepaalt samen met de operationele collega's een geschikte uitvoeringsmethode;
  • ·berekent de inzet van personeel, machines, materialen en onderaannemers;
  • bepaalt realistische rendementen en productiviteiten;
  • verwerkt directe en indirecte kosten in een volledige kostprijs;
  • vergelijkt verschillende uitvoeringsscenario's;
  • vraagt waar nodig prijzen op bij leveranciers en verwerkt deze in de calculatie;
  • bouwt mee aan kengetallen en calculatiemodellen voor toekomstige projecten.

  • hebt een sterk analytisch en cijfermatig inzicht;
  • werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • bent sterk in Excel en voelt je comfortabel met grote hoeveelheden data;
  • kunt technische informatie vertalen naar een kostprijs;
  • stelt kritische vragen wanneer rendementen of prijzen niet logisch lijken;
  • kunt financiële analyses helder uitleggen aan operationele collega's;
  • schrijft vlot en gestructureerd;
  • werkt graag samen met projectleiders, werfleiders en andere interne diensten.
