In een moderne werkplaats met recent gereedschap krijg je alle ruimte om je vakmanschap te tonen, met een perfect evenwicht tussen productiviteit, nauwkeurigheid en topkwaliteit.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Zwaar herstel & richtwerk: Vervormingen diagnosticeren en chassis structureel herstellen op de richtbank/mal (voorkant, flankonderdelen en dragende structuren).
  • Plaatwerk & montage: Snijden, lassen, verlijmen, afstellen en uitlijnen van alle soorten carrosserie-elementen volgens strikte constructeursnormen.
  • Beglazing & interieur: Demonteren, monteren en afstellen van autoruiten, bekleding en binnenafwerking.
  • De- en montage: Verwijderen en terugplaatsen van mechanische, elektrische en elektronische componenten die nodig zijn voor de koetswerkherstelling.
  • Orde & kwaliteitscontrole: Checklists nauwgezet opvolgen, de herstelling controleren en een propere, veilige werkplek onderhouden.
  • Communicatie: Afwijkingen of extra uit te voeren werkzaamheden direct melden aan de ploegbaas of de serviceadviseur.

Profiel

Jouw profiel:

  • Opleiding & ervaring: Diploma autocarrosserie of minstens 3 jaar bewezen ervaring in een carrosseriewerkplaats.
  • Technische vaardigheden: Grondige kennis van richtbanken, moderne lastechnieken en structurele opmetingen. Solide basiskennis van automechanica en auto-elektriciteit.
  • Mentaliteit: Oog voor detail, kwaliteitsbewust, ordelijk en met veel respect voor veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Teamgeest: Vlotte communicator, collegiaal en gemotiveerd
