Functieomschrijving:

Je stelt de machine in voor het frezen van onderdelen, dit van tekening tot eindproduct.

Dit bevat :

- het monteren en instellen van gereedschappen in de machine

- het voorzien van het basismateriaal (ruw werkstuk)

- het opspannen en uitlijnen van het werkstuk

- het maken van de nodige CNC programma's (Heidenhain en Mazak sturing)

- programmeren complexere stukken met CAD CAM pakket Mastercam

- het frezen van de stukken

- het volledig opmeten en bijstellen van de gereedschappen om binnen de toleranties te

blijven

- het produceren van de stukken en opvolgen van het productieproces

- m.a.w. het volledig maken van stukken van A tot Z

Profiel

Vereisten :

-Daarom is het heel belangrijk dat de communicatie perfect verloopt en de frezer alles

begrijpt wat aan instructies gegeven wordt. Engels alleen is niet voldoende, onze mensen in

de werkplaats spreken niet goed Engels, en technisch zeker niet.

- Kennis van Heidenhain sturing TNC

- Materialenkennis van verschillende staalsoorten is een pluspunt

- Kennis van toleranties, vorm- en plaatstoleranties en symbolen

- Kennis van snijparameters voor het frezen (voeding, snijsnelheid, enz.)

- Hands on mentaliteit en de wil om bij te leren (ook andere machines)

- Basis kennis voor klein onderhoud aan de machines , reinigen,...

- Efficiënt en proper werken, orde en netheid zijn belangrijk.

-Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met CNC-draaien

-Het ontcijferen van technische tekeningen vormt voor jou geen probleem

-Je hebt ruime ervaring met diverse meetinstrumenten en kwaliteitscontroles

-Nauwkeurigheid en zin voor perfectie typeren jouw manier van werken

-Je bent leergierig en wilt je technische bagage continu uitbreiden

-Ervaring met Mazatrol-besturing is een mooie troef
