Zin om te werken in een stimulerende technische omgeving waar precisie en vakmanschap centraal staan? Als CNC Operator vormt u de spil in ons productieproces. In deze functie bedient u geavanceerde CNC-machines om een onberispelijke afwerking van de stukken te garanderen. Deze rol biedt u een uitgelezen kans om mechanica, technologie en kwaliteitscontrole te combineren.

Uw dagelijkse takenpakket:

  • Orderverwerking & Voorbereiding: Nauwkeurig analyseren van binnenkomende opdrachten, technisch planlezen en voorbereiden van de juiste grondstoffen.
  • Instellen & Bedienen: Instellen, afstellen van de programma's en opstarten van de CNC-bewerkingscentra.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Grondig opmeten van geproduceerde onderdelen en controleren op toleranties en afwerkingskwaliteit.
  • Onderhoud & Veiligheid: Uitvoeren van elementair preventief onderhoud aan het machinepark en zorgen voor een schone, veilige werkplek.
  • Als CNC Operator draagt u rechtstreeks bij tot de levering van een feilloos eindproduct!

Profiel

Uw profiel

?? Vereisten:

  • Een technisch diploma (secundair onderwijs in mechanica, houtbewerking, metaalbewerking of elektromechanica) of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Goede beheersing van het instellen en bedienen van computergestuurde machines.
  • Aantoonbare vaardigheid in het lezen van technische tekeningen en schema's.
  • Bereidheid om in een vaste namiddagploeg te werken.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, oog voor detail en strikte naleving van de veiligheidsnormen.

Pluspunten:

  • Een eerste succesvolle ervaring als verspaner, CNC-frezer, CNC-draaier of machinebediener.
  • Vlotte omgang met meetinstrumenten en dimensionale controles.
