Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Medewerker Debiteurenbeheer voor onze klant in Beringen. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardig beslag, toebehoren en montagetechnieken voor ramen en deuren.

Jouw takenpakket als Medewerker Debiteurenbeheer bestaat uit:

  • Het actief opvolgen van openstaande klantensaldi en het tijdig versturen van betalingsherinneringen via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Het onderhouden van professionele contacten met klanten omtrent betalingsachterstanden en het treffen van sluitende afbetalingsregelingen.
  • Het nauwgezet controleren en afpunten van inkomende betalingen en bankafschriften in het boekhoudsysteem.
  • Het analyseren van kredietrisico's en het toekennen of bijsturen van kredietlimieten voor bestaande en nieuwe klanten.
  • Het nauw samenwerken met de financiële administratie en de interne salesafdeling om betwiste facturen vlot op te lossen.

Profiel

Als Medewerker Debiteurenbeheer herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een relevant diploma binnen een financieel-administratieve richting of hebt aantoonbare ervaring met debiteurenopvolging en credit control.
  • Je bent communicatief bijzonder vaardig, diplomatisch en assertief wanneer nodig, met een servicegerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, cijfermatig en gestructureerd; openstaande posten ontgaan jou niet.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van courante boekhoud- en ERP-pakketten en kunt goed overweg met MS Excel.
  • Je zoekt een stabiele deeltijdse tewerkstelling van 24 uur per week en kunt zelfstandig je werkdag organiseren.
