Wat ga je doen:

Als Field Service Engineer lever je hoogwaardige technische ondersteuning en onderhoudsdiensten aan onze klanten. Je werkt zelfstandig op locatie en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen Getinge en de zorginstellingen die gebruikmaken van onze apparatuur.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan medische apparatuur.
  • Diagnostiseren en oplossen van technische storingen op locatie.
  • Signaleren van aandachtspunten en verbeterkansen bij klanten en deze rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke functionarissen.
  • Opstellen van service- en onderhoudsrapportages voor intern en extern gebruik.
  • Waarborgen van naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en compliance-eisen volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je werkt over de volledige regio West-Vlaanderen

Profiel

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, beschik je over de volgende kwalificaties:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding A2 Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door relevante technische ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Field Service Engineer of in een vergelijkbare technische servicefunctie.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Ervaring met het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en schema's
  • Basiskennis van ICT- en netwerksystemen.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Ervaring binnen de medische sector is een pluspunt.

  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden bezit.
  • Creatief en oplossingsgericht denkt.
