Vivaldis Technics Bedienden Lommel is op zoek naar een Hoofd Aankoper voor onze klant in Beringen. Onze klant, is een specialist en groothandel in hoogwaardig beslag, toebehoren en montagetechnieken voor ramen en deuren.

Jouw takenpakket als Hoofd Aankoper bestaat uit:

  • Het strategisch aansturen van het volledige aankoopbeleid en het voeren van scherpe contract- en prijsonderhandelingen met nationale en internationale toeleveranciers.
  • Het continu monitoren en evalueren van leveranciersprestaties op vlak van kwaliteit, levertermijnen en prijsafspraken.
  • Het nauwlettend opvolgen van de voorraadniveaus in nauwe samenwerking met het magazijnteam, zodat stocktekorten vermeden worden en rotatiesnelheden optimaal blijven.
  • Het grondig analyseren, verfijnen en optimaliseren van interne aankoop- en logistieke ketenprocessen om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Het maximaal inzetten en benutten van IT-systemen en ERP-software voor datagedreven besluitvorming, aankoopanalyses en geautomatiseerde rapportering.

Profiel

Als Hoofd Aankoper herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een relevante aankoopervaring in een technische handels- of industriële context en hebt een bewezen trackrecord in onderhandelen.
  • Je combineert een scherpe commerciële feeling met een sterk analytisch inzicht; processen doorgronden en optimaliseren geeft jou energie.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken affiniteit met IT, werkt vlot met moderne ERP-pakketten en haalt graag inzichten uit data en dashboards.
  • Je hebt een sterke voeling met voorraadbeheer, supply chain en magazijnwerking.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en weet overtuigend op te treden naar zowel interne afdelingen als externe partners.
