Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Operationeel Verantwoordelijke Transport voor onze klant in Beringen.

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in infrastructuur-, grond- en afbraakwerken, waterbouw, recyclage en transport.

Jouw takenpakket als Hoofd Planner bestaat uit:

  • Dagelijkse coördinatie: Je stuurt de volledige logistieke planning en rittenverdeling aan, bewaakt deadlines en anticipeert flexibel op onvoorziene omstandigheden.
  • Leidinggeven & coaching: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en logistiek personeel. Je coacht hen op de werkvloer, begeleidt starters in samenspraak met HR en creëert een veilige, motiverende werksfeer.
  • Vlootbeheer & budget: Je ziet toe op een optimaal gebruik en de beschikbaarheid van het rollend materieel, stemt onderhoud af met de werkplaats en houdt controle over de operationele kosten en afdelingsbudgetten.
  • Commerciële groei: Je onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers, detecteert opportuniteiten in de markt, stelt offertes op en promoot de logistieke dienstverlening.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je volgt de transportregelgeving strikt op, verzorgt een nauwkeurige administratie en denkt proactief mee over rendementsverbeteringen en de strategische uitbouw van de afdeling.

Profiel

Als Hoofd Planner herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring opgebouwd binnen de transportsector, logistieke planning of een soortgelijke operationele omgeving.
  • Je bent een geboren organisator, stelt vlot prioriteiten en behoudt rust en overzicht bij piekmomenten of schemawijzigingen.
  • Je combineert een coachende stijl van leidinggeven met een hands-on aanpak en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met zwaar materieel/vrachtwagens en beschikt over een goed cijfermatig en commercieel inzicht.
  • Kennis van systemen zoals TAS, TX-Connect en/of eWastra vormt een belangrijk pluspunt.
