? Jouw takenpakket

Als HR Officer ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers én leidinggevenden. Je zorgt voor een vlot, correct en mensgericht verloop van alle HR-processen:

  • Instroom & Onboarding: Je stelt aantrekkelijke vacatures op, publiceert ze, neemt deel aan jobbeurzen en verzorgt de warme onboarding van nieuwe collega’s. ??
  • Opleiding & Ontwikkeling: Je detecteert opleidingsnoden, plant trainingen in en volgt deze op. Ook ondersteun je het evaluatie- en functioneringsproces.
  • Advies & Coaching: Je adviseert medewerkers bij loopbaan- en HR-vragen én staat leidinggevenden bij met advies over het coachen van hun teams.
  • Welzijn & Engagement: Je initieert welzijns- en retentie-initiatieven, promoot sociale activiteiten en bouwt mee aan een geweldige werkcultuur.
  • Projecten & Optimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie van HR-procedures en werkt mee aan projecten zoals verdere digitalisering. ??

Profiel?? Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een diploma op zak in een relevante richting (zoals HR, Psychologie of Organitatiewetenschappen) én kan terugblikken op relevante ervaring als HR Generalist of Officer. ??
  • Talen & Discretie: Je communiceert heel vlot in het Nederlands én Engels ??????? en draagt discretie vertrouwelijk hoog in het vaandel.
  • Attitude: Je bent empathisch ingesteld, proactief, oplossingsgericht en bouwt makkelijk vertrouwensrelaties op.
