Voor onze klant in Antwerpen zoeken wij een leergierige en gemotiveerde Allround IT Support & Systembeheer Medewerker. Een junior profiel met een sterke stage of eerste praktijkervaring komt absoluut in aanmerking!

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Gebruikersondersteuning (1e en 2e lijn): Je start je dag in ServiceNow, prioriteert openstaande tickets en biedt snelle, efficiënte ondersteuning aan collega’s bij problemen met pc’s, laptops, printers, mobiele toestellen en Microsoft 365-toepassingen.
  • Microsoft Systeem- en Toegangsbeheer: Je voert operationeel beheer uit in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online en Microsoft Intune. Denk aan het aanmaken en wijzigen van accounts, toekennen van rechten op gedeelde mappen en mailboxen, en het oplossen van aanmeldings- en MFA-problemen.
  • Monitoring & Continuïteit: Je volgt dagelijkse back-upprocedures op, controleert logs en meldingen, wisselt back-upmedia en escaleert eventuele afwijkingen naar het team.
  • Hardware & Voorraad: Je zorgt voor de installatie en configuratie van nieuwe werkplekken, apparatuur en bewaakt de IT-voorraad.
  • Internationale Projecten: Je werkt nauw samen met de lokale IT-manager en het internationale Global IT Team bij de uitrol van nieuwe systemen en infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Onderweg: Je biedt ondersteuning op verschillende lokale vestigingen binnen de havenomgeving.

Profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal een bachelor in toegepaste informatica/systeem- en netwerkbeheer óf een gelijkwaardig niveau door een relevante eerste werkervaring of stage. (Let op: een puur software-ontwikkelingsprofiel sluit minder aan; we zoeken een hands-on support- en infrastructuurprofiel).
  • Technische kennis:Goede basis in Active Directory en Group Policies (GPO). Kennis van Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online en Windows 11 / M365. Ervaring met Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow en basis netwerktroubleshooting is een sterke plus.
  • Vaardigheden: Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en bent communicatief sterk.
  • Talen: Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels (met het oog op internationale contacten).
  • Mobiliteit: Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B, noodzakelijk voor verplaatsingen tussen de verschillende sites.
