Voor een warm en hecht familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in hoogwaardige bezettings- en gyprocwerken over heel Vlaanderen, zijn wij bij Vivaldis op zoek naar een enthousiaste Junior Projectleider.

Geen zorgen: je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen vanaf dag één. Onze klant zoekt de juiste ingesteldheid en drive. Eén van hun ervaren projectleiders gaat binnen enkele jaren met welverdiend pensioen, en jij krijgt de unieke kans om de komende jaren aan zijn zijde mee te lopen, het vak tot in de puntjes te leren én op termijn zijn functie volledig over te nemen!

?? Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Projectleider duik je meteen met je voeten in de klei (of beter gezegd: de pleister!). Je loopt mee met de ervaren projectleiders en groeit stap voor stap door in jouw rol.

  • On-site actie: Je bent regelmatig op de werf te vinden om de voortgang van de bezettings- en gyprocwerken op te volgen.
  • Mensen aansturen: Je leert hoe je eigen ploegen en onderaannemers motiveert en aanstuurt.
  • Organisatie & Planning: Je helpt mee met de planning, nauwkeurige opmetingen, vorderingsstaten en het bewaken van de budgetten.
  • Aanspreekpunt: Je bouwt vlot contact op met klanten, arbeiders en leveranciers.

Profiel?? Wie ben jij?

Je hoeft nog geen jaren ervaring op je teller te hebben staan, maar we zoeken wel iemand met de juiste bouw-microbe:

  • Opleiding of eerste ervaring: Je hebt een achtergrond in de bouwkunde (bachelor, master of een eerste werkervaring in de sector).
  • Affiniteit met afwerking: Je hebt een boontje voor binnenafwerking, gyproc en bezettingswerken.
  • Hands-on & Communicatief: Je staat graag op de werf, praat vlot met iedereen (van werfkeet tot directiekamer) en bent praktisch ingesteld.
  • Leergierig & Verantwoordelijk: Je bent een spons die kennis opslorpt, werkt nauwkeurig en wil op termijn zelfstandig projecten trekken.
  • Talen & Rijbewijs: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en spreekt uitstekend Nederlands. Een nootje Frans? Dat is een mooie plus!
