Voor onze klant, een advocatenkantoor te Genk, zijn we op zoek naar een relatiebeheerder.

Als gevestigde waarde binnen het vreemdelingenrecht begeleidt dit kantoor dagelijks mensen die naar België komen en ondersteuning nodig hebben bij o.a. asielaanvragen, regularisaties, gezinsherenigingen en procedures rond opvang en verblijf. Op die manier maken ze voor veel cliënten het verschil in een belangrijke periode in hun leven.

Om de verdere groei van het kantoor te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een ondernemende relatiebeheerder die mee gaat bouwen aan een netwerk van cliënten en de dienstverlening verder op de kaart zet.

Je taken:

  • Als relatiebeheerder neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op om duurzame relaties uit te bouwen met organisaties en instanties die actief zijn binnen het domein van opvang, begeleiding en ondersteuning van nieuwkomers.
  • Je analyseert waar opportuniteiten liggen, maakt een actieplan op en werkt dit zelfstandig uit. Daarbij krijg je de vrijheid om eigen ideeën aan te brengen en commerciële initiatieven op te zetten.
  • Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden bouw je relaties op met opvangcentra, OCMW's, CAW's en andere relevante instanties.
  • Hiervoor maak je gebruik van verschillende communicatiekanalen, maar trek je ook regelmatig de baan op. Je bezoekt organisaties en gaat met hen in gesprek over de dienstverlening van het kantoor.
  • Je werkt deels vanuit kantoor en deels op verplaatsing. Daarbij rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de advocaat. Samen bespreken jullie opportuniteiten, acties en mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Wanneer er ruimte is ondersteun je het kantoor ook bij praktische en logistieke taken. Zo begeleid je cliënten bij bezoeken aan administratieve diensten of het gemeentehuis, lever je documenten af bij rechtbanken en bied je ondersteuning waar nodig

Profiel

  • Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt discreet en bouwt vlot vertrouwen op bij verschillende gesprekspartners.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt initiatief om relaties uit te bouwen en opportuniteiten te detecteren.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid regelmatig verplaatsingen te maken.

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Een functie binnen een gevestigde waarde in Limburg gespecialiseerd in vreemdelingenrecht. Het doel is om het kantoor verder op de kaart te zetten, waarbij je de mogelijkheid krijgt om mee te groeien met het verhaal.
  • Een deeltijds contract van onbepaalde duur van 20 uur per week. Een uitbreiding van de uren is op termijn bespreekbaar. De werkuren kunnen flexibel ingevuld worden in samenspraak met de advocaat.
  • Een nauwe samenwerking met de advocaat en de dossierbeheerder binnen een kleinschalige werkomgeving.
  • Vrije opname van verlof in onderling overleg. Zomerverlof kan opgenomen worden vanaf 15 juli.
  • Een laptop en gsm worden ter beschikking gesteld en mogen eveneens privé gebruikt worden.
  • Maaltijdcheques ter waarde van €10 per gewerkte dag.
  • Een correcte vergoeding van professionele onkosten, inclusief kilometervergoeding voor verplaatsingen.
  • Een bedrijfswagen is bespreekbaar op termijn.
