Functie

Voor onze klant in regio Harelbeke zijn wij op zoek naar een : Onderhoudsmedewerker / Klusjeshulp.

Je staat in voor volgende taken:

  • Technische interventies:Herstellen van elektrische storingen en uitvoeren van kleine loodgieterswerken. Uitvoeren van kleine onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan gebouwen. Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren aan het machinepark (inclusief smeren, reinigen en vervangen van onderdelen zoals lagers en motoren). Schilderwerken en roestbehandeling aan machines. Uitgevoerde taken registreren in het onderhoudssysteem.
  • Materieel & terrein:Kleine onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan heftrucks, trekkers en aanhangwagens. Onderhoud van de tuin/het terrein en zorgen voor algemene orde, netheid, stofvrije en mosvrije looppaden en gevels. Gebouwcontroles uitvoeren en onopgemerkte defecten opsporen. Werking van de waterzuiveringsinstallatie opvolgen en herstellingen aan het patrimonium uitvoeren.
  • Logistieke ondersteuning:Voertuigen en materialen ophalen/wegbrengen voor de technische dienst. Stockbeheer van het technisch magazijn opvolgen en bestellingen tijdig signaleren.

Profiel

Kennis & kunde:

  • Algemene kennis van residentiële elektriciteit en loodgieterij.
  • Goed mechanisch inzicht (basiskennis lassen is een pluspunt).
  • Elektrische schema's en technische tekeningen kunnen lezen en begrijpen.
  • Vaardigheid om herstellingen schriftelijk of digitaal te registreren.

Talen & vaardigheden:

  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands (basiskennis Frans en Engels is een pluspunt).
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
  • Attesten voor rolbrug, hoogwerker/schaarlift of heftruck zijn een pluspunt.

Houding & fysiek:

  • Goede fysieke conditie en geen hoogtevrees.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en een echte aanpakker/initiatienemend.
