Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Management Assistent voor onze klant in Beringen.

Onze klant is een toonaangevende, dynamische aannemer en specialist in infrastructuurwerken, afbraak, recyclage en complexe grondwerken.

Jouw takenpakket als Management Assistent bestaat uit:

  • Rechterhand en strategisch klankbord zijn voor de directie en het managementteam; je ontzorgt hen proactief op administratief, organisatorisch en operationeel vlak.
  • Beheren van complexe agenda’s, prioriteiten filteren en een strakke opvolging garanderen van openstaande actiepunten, projectdeadlines en dossiers.
  • Voorbereiden, structureren en notuleren van directie- en stuurgroepvergaderingen, inclusief het uitwerken van professionele presentaties, rapportages en data-analyses.
  • Fungeren als centrale liaison tussen de directie, interne projectteams en externe stakeholders (klanten, overheden, partners); je bewaakt de vlotte informatiedoorstroming.
  • Optimaliseren van interne administratieve bedrijfsprocessen en procedures om de operationele efficiëntie binnen de organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Autonoom opvolgen en coördineren van ad-hoc projecten, overkoepelende initiatieven en vertrouwelijke directiedossiers.

Profiel

Als Management Assistent herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma (bijvoorbeeld Office Management, Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen, Communicatie of Bedrijfskunde) en hebt al een stevige, relevante ervaring op directieniveau achter de rug.
  • Organisatorisch ben je uitzonderlijk sterk: je behoudt te allen tijde het overzicht, stelt feilloos prioriteiten en weet kalm te schakelen in een veeleisende, snel veranderende werkomgeving.
  • Je werkt autonoom, denkt minstens twee stappen vooruit en lost knelpunten op voor ze zich manifesteren.
  • Discretie en integriteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend; je weet perfect om te gaan met hoogst vertrouwelijke bedrijfsinformatie.
  • Je drukt je vlekkeloos en professioneel uit in het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als op papier. Kennis van het Frans of Engels is een uitgesproken troef.
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) beheers je tot in de puntjes; nieuwe digitale applicaties en ERP-pakketten maak je je razendsnel eigen.
