Voor een groothandel in Sint-Amandsberg zijb wij op zoek naar een medewerker aankoop & logistiek.

Wat ga je doen:

In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen onze leveranciers en ons

magazijn. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en uitdagend:

• Aankoop & Bestellingen: Je plaatst de dagelijkse bestellingen bij onze vaste

leveranciers en zorgt dat de voorraad optimaal blijft.

• Productoptimalisatie: Op aanvraag ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe

producten om ons assortiment te verrijken.

• Kwaliteitsopvolging: Je volgt retours en eventuele beschadigde goederen

nauwkeurig op en handelt dit administratief af.

• Allround ondersteuning: Je helpt waar nodig mee in ons magazijn en pakt

diverse administratieve bureautaken vlot op.

• Depannage: Indien nodig spring je flexibel in voor een dringende levering of

  • depannage bij onze horecaklanten.

Profiel

Wie ben jij:

  • Werkritme & Flexibiliteit: Je bent een vroege vogel en stelt je flexibel op
  • tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Competenties: Je hebt een sterk organisatorisch inzicht, werkt uiterst
  • punctueel en bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Digitale skills: Je hebt basiservaring met een ERP-pakket, kan vlot overweg
  • met Excel en schrijft professionele, duidelijke e-mails.
  • Rijbewijs: Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een rijbewijs B (voor de
  • incidentele depannages).
  • Troeven: Productkennis of een sterke interesse in voeding/horeca is een heel
  • groot pluspunt.
  • Instelling: Ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol is fijn, maar jouw gedrevenheid is
  • belangrijker. Een interne opleiding is volledig voorzien!
