Heb jij een passie voor ambacht en deins je er niet voor terug om de handen stevig uit de mouwen te steken? ?? Voor een groot en warm familiebedrijf in de regio Hoogstraten dat internationaal topkwaliteit levert in vleesverwerking, zoeken we een Versnijder die het team komt versterken. Werk is wat je ervan maakt, en hier kan je er absoluut een succesverhaal van maken!

Wat ga je precies doen?

Als Versnijder ben jij een cruciale schakel in het productieproces. Jouw dagen vliegen voorbij:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vakkundig versnijden van rode organen en je behandelt de producten met de grootste zorg.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat je het vlotte tempo van de slachtlijn goed kan volgen.
  • Je toont je flexibel: af en toe spring je met veel plezier in bij de verpakkingsafdeling om je collega's uit de brand te helpen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen in een team en helpt waar nodig, want samen staan jullie sterker.

Profiel

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt idealiter een eerste werkervaring in de vleesversnijding, een slachterij of een slagerij. Nog geen ervaring, maar wel een enorme goesting om erin te vliegen en de stiel te leren? Ook dan ben je meer dan welkom!
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hygiënisch.
  • Werken in een koude omgeving schrikt jou absoluut niet af. Jij houdt het hoofd én je lichaam koel!
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands of het Engels, zodat de communicatie op de werkvloer soepel verloopt.
  • Je hebt een flexibele instelling: je werkdag start dagelijks om 9u, en je gaat naar huis wanneer de slachtingen van de dag succesvol zijn afgerond.
