Voor een chemisch bedrijf actief in destillatie te Kallo, zijn wij op zoek naar een Onderhoudstechnieker.

Als elektriciteits- en instrumentatietechnieker zal je mee instaan voor het algemeen onderhoud van

onze installatie. Kennis van industriële elektriciteit en meet en regeltechniek is noodzakelijk, werkervaring in een chemische omgeving (destillatie en purificatie) is een pluspunt.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Een rolmodel zijn voor de prestaties op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. De E/I technieker zal ervoor zorgen dat hij/zij altijd veiligheid, zowel die van zichzelf als die van de mensen om hen heen (operators, aannemers, vrachtwagenchauffeurs en bezoekers) eerst plaatst.
  • Toezicht houden op werkende installaties (controle rondgang). Aan de hand hiervan bepalen welke herstellingen nodig zijn en het nodige materiaal hiervoor voorzien, of laten voorzien.
  • Defecten of storingen lokaliseren en oplossen. Dit zowel op elektrisch gebied als meet en regelgebied. Hiervoor heb je kennis van analoge en digitale signalen en kan je omgaan met de meeste courante meettoestellen.
  • Waar nodig aansluiten en testen van elektrische motoren, drives, flowmeters, druktransmitters, trilvorken, etc. Daarbij kan je correct de schema’s lezen en wijzigingen noteren. Het beveiligen van elektrische kringen is uitermate belangrijk om daarbij veilig te werken.
  • Na werkzaamheden testen uitvoeren om elektrische installatie of uitrusting in werking te stellen en over te dragen aan productie.
  • Gegevens van interventies registreren en deze informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst.
  • Voorraad van losse stukken opvolgen en bijhouden.
  • 60% mechanisch onderhoud – 40% elektrisch onderhoud

Profiel

  • Opleidingsniveau TSO Industriële Elektriciteit of Mechanica met kennis elektriciteit ofwel gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
  • In een chemische omgeving is het belangrijk veel aandacht te besteden aan veiligheid. Het spreekt dus voor zich dat men alle regels en afspraken steeds nakomt en dat men nauwkeurig werkt.
  • Zich flexibel opstellen en kunnen omgaan met stress is ook zeker een must.
  • Tot slot is het belangrijk te kunnen samenwerken als een hecht team, maar ook zelfstandig je werk resultaatgericht te kunnen bepalen.
