Onderhoudstechnicus

Als Onderhoudstechnicus zorg je ervoor dat productiemachines veilig en efficiënt blijven draaien. Je combineert technische interventies met preventief onderhoud en denkt mee over verbeteringen aan machines en werkmethodes.

Zo ziet je werkdag eruit

  • Je lost storingen en andere problemen aan het machinepark op met gerichte interventies.
  • Je volgt daarbij de veiligheids-, milieu- en bedrijfsvoorschriften.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit volgens het maandplan.
  • Je installeert nieuwe machines of verplaatst bestaande machines.
  • Je beheert de voorraad onderdelen en gereedschappen.
  • Je houdt de technische documentatie van machines en installaties up-to-date.
  • Je werkt samen met machinebouwers en leveranciers bij aankopen en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe machines, binnen het budget.
  • Je geeft technisch advies aan supervisors en operatoren.
  • Je stelt vervangingen, herstellingen, revisies of aangepaste werkmethodes voor en voert projecten uit.
  • Samen met het team werk je aan een hoog kwalitatief rendement van de productiemachines.

ProfielWat heb je in huis?

  • Je behaalde een diploma van het 7e jaar (elektro-)mechanica.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt technisch en organisatorisch inzicht en kunt problemen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je werkt hands-on, flexibel en graag samen met collega’s.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem met vroege en late shiften te werken.
  • Je staat open om bij te leren.
  • Je hebt goede pc-kennis.
  • Je spreekt, schrijft en begrijpt Nederlands en hebt kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van PLC en pneumatica is een plus.
  • Ervaring met continue verbeterprocessen zoals TPM, Lean, 8D of 5S is een plus.
