Ben jij de doortastende meester op de werkvloer die een lijn én een team strak op koers houdt?

Voor een innovatief metaalverwerkend productiebedrijf zoekt Vivaldis een gedreven Operator.

Werk je met precisie, heb je ruime ervaring in de metaal en ben je een natuurlijke leidinggevende? Dan is dit jouw nieuwe uitdaging!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Operator ben jij de spil in ons geavanceerde machinepark. Je stelt machines niet alleen vlekkeloos in, maar je stopt je energie ook in de aansturing van jouw team.

  • Sturen & Coördineren: Je stuurt een team van 4 tot 5 collega’s aan op de lijn en zorgt dat iedereen veilig, efficiënt en met plezier werkt.
  • Technisch Vakmanschap: Je stelt machines (zoals de wals, pers, trekpers of valhamer) zelfstandig in, regelt bij op productiesnelheid en grijpt direct in bij kleine technische storingen.
  • Kwaliteit & Precisie: Je voert continue kwaliteitscontroles uit, houdt niet-conforme stukken apart en bewaakt de strengste industrienormen.
  • Administratie & Rapportage: Je registreert productie- en materiaalgegevens nauwkeurig in ons systeem (Otomes) en rapporteert direct aan de eindverantwoordelijke / productiemanager.
  • Verbeteren: Je denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer kunnen om stilstand te minimaliseren.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een communicatief sterke, zelfstandige aanpakker met leiderschapskwaliteiten.

  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in de metaalsector én een technische achtergrond/opleiding zijn vereist.
  • Leiderschap: Je bent sterk in communicatie en kan moeiteloos een klein team (4-5 man) motiveren en aansturen.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Nauwkeurig, stipt, zelfstandig en doordrongen van veiligheidsnormen.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.
