Als PLC Programmeur kom je terecht bij een toonaangevend automatiseringsbedrijf dat sterk verankerd is in de automobielsector. Wij leveren totaaloplossingen voor productie- en transportinstallaties, waarbij we ons onderscheiden door een unieke, geïntegreerde aanpak. In plaats van de traditionele methode, starten wij met een sturing-gedreven studie waarbij mechanica, elektriciteit en software vanaf de start in kaart worden gebracht en perfect op elkaar worden afgestemd. Om ons team van experts verder uit te breiden, zijn we op zoek naar jou.

In deze rol ben je nauw betrokken bij het afleveren van hoogwaardige totaalprojecten en ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de engineering van de werking van diverse machines en installaties (dit varieert van floorconveyors en overheadinstallaties zoals Power&Free en EHB/EMS, tot complete procesinstallaties).
  • Je bereidt de programma's voor op basis van elektrische schema’s en de functionele beschrijving van het project.
  • Je neemt de visuele weergave (visualisatie) van de besturingssystemen voor je rekening.
  • Je voert IO-testen uit in nauwe samenwerking met de hardware engineer.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle indienstname van de installatie on-site bij de klant.
  • Je biedt stand-by ondersteuning om een vlotte productiestart te garanderen.

Profiel

Je bent een gedreven professional met een passie voor automatiseringstechniek. Je combineert technische expertise met een flinke dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin.

Verder vink je het volgende lijstje af:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in Automatisatie, of je hebt een vergelijkbaar denkniveau bereikt door relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in PLC-sturingen en PC-based installaties en wil je hierin graag blijven ontwikkelen.
  • Kennis van SIEMENS PLC is een absolute must, ervaring met robotprogrammatie is een mooi pluspunt.
  • Je werkt autonoom, klantgericht en gestructureerd (sterk in plannen en organiseren), maar je kunt ook uitstekend samenwerken in teamverband.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, gaat altijd nauwkeurig te werk en beschikt over een sterk leervermogen en de nodige creativiteit voor het oplossen van problemen.
  • Je stelt je flexibel op, behoudt een positieve mindset en houdt een koel hoofd, ook in stressvolle situaties.
