Heb jij tonnen ervaring met bekistingswerken en kriebelt het om een hecht team aan te sturen? Zie jij vanop afstand meteen hoe een bekisting strak en loodrecht gezet moet worden? Dan ben jij dé Ploegbaas Bekisting die we zoeken om samen straffe projecten uit de grond te stampen!

Bij Vivaldis geloven we dat werk is wat je ervan maakt. We zoeken geen kille planner, maar een enthousiaste kapitein met goesting om er elke dag samen met zijn team voluit in te vliegen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als meewerkend ploegbaas sta je letterlijk tussen je mannen. Je organiseert, motiveert en steekt tegelijkertijd zelf de handen uit de mouwen:

  • Je stuurt een klein, gemotiveerd team van bekisters aan, verdeelt de taken en zorgt voor een vlotte gang van zaken op de werf.
  • Je leest moeiteloos bouwplannen en zet constructies uiterst nauwkeurig uit.
  • Je monteert en controleert zowel traditionele als systeembekistingen, wapening en stortklaar beton.
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit, het tempo en vooral de veiligheid van jouw ploeg.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de werfleider en houdt de communicatie helder en transparant.

ProfielWie ben jij?

  • Ervaring en leiderschap: Je hebt aantoonbare kilometers op de teller als bekister en hebt de skills in huis om een klein team op een positieve manier te motiveren en te coachen.
  • Taal: Je spreekt en begrijpt perfect Nederlands; essentieel om je team aan te sturen en duidelijke werfafspraken te maken.
  • Vroege vogel: De wekker schrikt jou niet af. Om stipt 07:00 uur sta jij klaar op de werf om de dag energiek op gang te trekken.
  • Zelfstandig en mobiel: Onze werven wisselen geregeld. Een rijbewijs B en eigen wagen zijn een absolute must, zodat je altijd vlot en betrouwbaar ter plaatse raakt.
  • Oog voor veiligheid: Je geeft het goede voorbeeld qua werfveiligheid en zorgt dat iedereen aan het einde van de dag veilig naar huis vertrekt.

  • Een zeer aantrekkelijk loon volgens de barema's van de bouwsector (PC 124), aangevuld met leidinggevende toeslagen en alle bouwvoordelen (mobiliteitsvergoeding, ecocheques, getrouwheidszegels).
  • Een job vol verantwoordelijkheid en werkzekerheid met optie op een vast contract.
  • Uitdagende en gevarieerde werven waar je trots leiding aan geeft.
  • Een collegiaal team van doeners waar hard gewerkt wordt, maar waar humor en een goede werfsfeer minstens even belangrijk zijn.
  • Persoonlijke en warme begeleiding door jouw vaste Vivaldis-consulent.
