Voor een tuinbedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een ploegbaas!

Als ploegbaas ben je de spil tussen de projectleiding, het ontwerp en de uitvoering op het terrein. Je werkt actief mee op de werf en stuurt tegelijkertijd je team aan:

  • Leidinggeven en coachen: Je stuurt dagelijks een team van 2 tot 4 tuinarbeiders aan, verdeelt de taken en bewaakt de werksfeer en veiligheid.
  • Aanlegprojecten realiseren: Je realiseert projecten van A tot Z: grondwerken, verhardingen (klinkers, tegels, kasseien), houtconstructies (terrassen, afsluitingen, poolhouses) en waterpartijen.
  • Groenvoorziening: Je leest beplantingsplannen, zet planten uit, zaait gazons in en legt grasmatten.
  • Onderhoudswerken: Waar nodig stuur je ook periodiek of seizoensgebonden groenonderhoud aan (snoeien, verticuteren, bemesten).
  • Organisatie en kwaliteit: Je controleert plannen, bewaakt het werkschema, zorgt voor het tijdig afroepen van materialen en garandeert een onberispelijke afwerking conform de verwachtingen van de klant.
  • Klantcontact: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten op de werf en beantwoordt hun praktische vragen met een glimlach.

Profiel

Wie ben jij:

  • Ervaring: Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in tuinaanleg, waarvan bij voorkeur al ervaring als (meewerkend) ploegbaas of meestergast.
  • Opleiding: Een diploma in groenvoorziening, tuinbouw of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Technisch inzicht: Grondige kennis van planten, materialen en machines (minigraver, wiellader, motorkettingzaag, trilplaat).
  • Rijbewijs: Minimaal rijbewijs B (rijbewijs BE is een sterk pluspunt).
  • Eigenschappen: Zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht, nauwkeurig en communicatief vaardig. Je hebt geen 9-tot-5-mentaliteit en werkt graag in alle weersomstandigheden.
