Je komt terecht bij een innovatieve en nuchtere KMO in de regio Hulshout waar technologie ademt en vakmanschap centraal staat. Je krijgt hier alle ruimte, autonomie en vertrouwen om industriële projecten van A tot Z zelfstandig vorm te geven.

??? Jouw dag als Projectleider

Als Projectleider neem jij de lead over complete automatisatie- en besturingsprojecten. Je switcht vlot tussen engineering, coördinatie en het veld:

  • Je overlegt met klanten over technische wensen, vertaalt noden naar een werkbaar projectplan en bewaakt strak de planning, scope en kwaliteit.
  • Je zet de krijtlijnen uit voor het ontwerp van besturingsborden en stuurkasten en stuurt waar nodig het elektrotechnisch tekenwerk aan.
  • Je duikt geregeld zelf in de PLC- en pc-programmatie om de logica achter de machines vorm te geven.
  • Je coördineert de bouw en montage in het atelier, beantwoordt technische vraagstukken en test het geheel grondig uit.
  • Je reist geregeld mee naar de klant voor de finale indienststelling en opstart op locatie, waarbij je het centrale aanspreekpunt vormt tot aan de succesvolle oplevering.

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding & denkniveau: Je hebt een Professionele Bachelor (Elektromechanica, Automatisering of Industriële Wetenschappen) op zak, of je beschikt over een gelijkwaardig niveau door stevige praktijkervaring in een sturende technische rol.
  • Technisch fundament: Je hebt grondige ervaring met PLC- en pc-toepassingen; kennis van softwarepakketten zoals Eplan of SEE Electrical is een mooie extra troef.
  • Leiderschap & ownership: Je kunt zowel zelfstandig beslissingen nemen als een team motiveren; je houdt het overzicht en legt de lat voor kwaliteit en veiligheid hoog.
  • Probleemoplossend & resultaatgericht: Onverwachte uitdagingen op de werkvloer of bij de klant zie jij als een kans om snel en pragmatisch een oplossing te bedenken.
  • Flexibel & communicatief: Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen overleg op kantoor, afstemming in het atelier en de opstart bij klanten ter plaatse.
