Als Senior Project Manager krijg je de ruimte om beslissingen te nemen, teams aan te sturen en rechtstreeks bij te dragen aan de verdere groei van TCS. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Unit Manager General Contracting.

TCTCS is gespecialiseerd in staalconstructies, rolbruggen en industriebouw. Vanuit onze hoofdzetel in Houthalen realiseren we al meer dan 50 jaar indrukwekkende infrastructuurprojecten in binnen- en buitenland.

Dankzij onze expertise en ondernemingszin drukken we elke dag onze stempel op de Belgische en internationale staal- en industriebouw.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, hebben we een nieuwe rol gecreëerd van Senior Project Manager voor de business unit General Contracting. Als Senior Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van complexe industriële bouwprojecten van A tot Z. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan, bewaakt budgetten en deadlines, en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, partners en interne stakeholders.

Als Senior Project Manager krijg je de ruimte om beslissingen te nemen, teams aan te sturen en rechtstreeks bij te dragen aan de verdere groei van TCS. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Unit Manager General Contracting.

  • Projectmanagement: Plannen, budgetteren, organiseren en opvolgen van projecten, van offerte tot oplevering
  • People management: Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van verschillende projectteams en onderaannemers
  • Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Waarborgen van de hoogste standaarden op vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu, in lijn met VCA-normen
  • Klantrelaties: Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met klanten en partners; fungeren als ambassadeur van TCS
  • Commercieel: Detecteren van opportuniteiten, onderhandelen over meerwerken en bijdragen aan het commerciële succes van de business unit
  • Innovatie: Initiëren van verbeteringen in processen, systemen en projectaanpak
  • Rapportering: Transparant rapporteren over voortgang, risico’s en resultaten aan de Business Unit Manager

Profiel

  • Je behaalde een Master in Bouwkunde, Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische richting
  • Je hebt minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring in projectmanagement binnen de staalbouw of industriële bouw
  • Je beschikt over grondige technische kennis van bouw, staalconstructies, montage en engineering
  • Je bent vertrouwd met contractbeheer
  • Je hebt een sterke ondernemersmentaliteit
  • Je bent sterk in het aansturen van teams en het managen van complexe projecten
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-VOL attest of bereid dit te behalen
