??? Jouw dag als Service Advisor Vans & Trucks

  • Klantenontvangst & Advies: Je verwelkomt klanten hartelijk, luistert naar hun wensen en stelt moeiteloos de juiste diagnose voor hun onderhoud of herstelling.
  • Planning & Coördinatie: Je plant afspraken efficiënt in en bezorgt een heldere, haalbare planning aan de techniekers in het atelier.
  • Opvolging: Je volgt de technische voortgang van de voertuigen op en zorgt dat alle gemaakte afspraken stipt worden nageleefd.
  • Commercieel & Administratief beheer: Je stelt nauwkeurige bestekken, offertes en facturen op. Daarnaast onderhandel je professioneel over technische en financiële oplossingen.
  • Relatiebeheer: Je onderhoudt een duurzame, vertrouwde band met de klanten en tilt hun tevredenheid naar het hoogste niveau.

  • Je beschikt over een gedegen basiskennis automechanica en uitstekende computervaardigheden.
  • Je bent communicatief, commercieel ingesteld en sterk in het opbouwen van klantenrelaties.
  • Je werkt flexibel, dynamisch en functioneert optimaal als een echte teamplayer.
  • Je brengt positieve drive en inzet mee en bent altijd gericht op kwaliteit en service.
  • Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken én om de twee weken op zaterdagvoormiddag de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
