Functie

Voor een organisatie in de voedingssector zoekt Vivaldis een Supply Chain Officer. Je ondersteunt het Supply Chain-team en helpt de dagelijkse processen gestructureerd te laten verlopen. Daarbij werk je samen met collega’s uit onder meer productie, logistiek, finance, sales en kwaliteit.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je beheert en onderhoudt masterdata in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je ondersteunt activiteiten rond aankoop, planning en customer service.
  • Je volgt productiecapaciteit en output op, analyseert gegevens en maakt rapportages.
  • Je denkt mee over voorraadbeheer en logistieke stromen.
  • Je ondersteunt procesverbeteringen en projecten binnen de afdeling.

Profiel

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bijvoorbeeld in supply chain, logistiek, handelswetenschappen of bedrijfskunde, of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond. Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met interesse in supply chain kunnen in aanmerking komen.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring in supply chain, planning, logistiek, customer service of aankoop is welkom.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Excel. Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede professionele kennis van het Engels.
