Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende fabrikant van aluminium afwerkingsprofielen voor ramen en deuren, zoeken we de witte raaf die strategie perfect weet te combineren met actie op het terrein.

Klaar om de verkoop naar ongekende hoogten te stuwen? Als Technisch Commercieel Afgevaardigde ben jij de motor achter de groei van het bedrijf. Je hoofdmissie? Nieuwe opportuniteiten spotten en het merk doen schitteren bij professionele schrijnwerkers, aannemers en bouwbedrijven.

Je dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden:

  • ?? Strategische groei: Actief nieuwe marktsegmenten identificeren en ontwikkelen door slim in te spelen op de trends binnen de bouwsector.
  • ?? Prospectie & Retentie: Zorgen voor de prospectie, onboarding en begeleiding van nieuwe klanten, cross-selling maximaliseren en sterke langetermijnrelaties opbouwen met key accounts.
  • ?? Teamsynergie: Waardevolle ondersteuning bieden aan het interne salesteam door strategische dossiers en waardevolle inzichten vanop het terrein te delen.
  • ?? Merkambassadeur: Het bedrijf met trots vertegenwoordigen tijdens netwerkevenementen, vakbeurzen en klantpresentaties.
  • ? Perfecte balans: Genieten van een ultra-dynamische job met een ideale 50/50-verdeling tussen kantoorwerk en externe klantenbezoeken (hoofdzakelijk in de regio Brussel en omgeving).

Profiel

  • Bewezen ervaring: Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een B2B-omgeving, met een sterke focus op business development en prospectie.
  • Dubbele pet: Je combineert een technisch inzicht met een sterk commercieel gevoel, aangevuld met een uitstekende kennis van (of sterke affiniteit met) de bouw- en afwerkingssector.
  • Twee-taligheid: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans om vlot te schakelen met al je gesprekspartners.
  • Ondernemende mindset: Je bent autonoom, proactief, oplossingsgericht en beschikt over een flinke dosis overtuigingskracht.
  • Relationele ster: Netwerken, overtuigen en het opbouwen van duurzame relaties is voor jou een tweede natuur.
