Een truck die binnenkomt voor onderhoud of herstelling moet zo snel mogelijk weer de weg op.

Daar speel jij als service coördinator (technisch receptionist) een belangrijke rol in.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten én zorgt er achter de schermen voor dat alles goed gepland, afgestemd en opgevolgd wordt.

Je organiseert en coördineert onderhoud en herstellingen en volgt de onderhoudsschema’s van onze klanten nauwgezet op.

Je maakt werkorders op, plant ze in en controleert of alles correct wordt afgehandeld. Hiervoor stem je af met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke en het magazijn.

Tegelijk hou je onze klanten goed op de hoogte. Je luistert, denkt mee en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie over de werkzaamheden en planning. Ook wanneer het druk is, bewaar jij het overzicht en zoek je mee naar oplossingen.

Het resultaat? Een werkplaats die vlot draait, klanten die weten waar ze aan toe zijn en trucks die snel weer on the road zijn.

Kortom: een boeiende job met verantwoordelijkheid waarin jouw organisatietalent, technische feeling en klantgerichtheid elke dag samenkomen.

Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk. Ook technische informatie leg je helder en toegankelijk uit.

Je schakelt vlot tussen klanten, werkplaats en magazijn en stemt verschillende prioriteiten goed op elkaar af.

Je bent een geboren organisator en houdt graag planning, administratie en opvolging strak op orde.

Je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving en combineert technisch inzicht met commerciële feeling.

Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en kan vlot overweg met de computer.

Drukke dag? Jij houdt het hoofd koel, bewaart het overzicht en denkt oplossingsgericht.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent tegelijk een echte teamplayer.

Je brengt een stevige basis mee dankzij een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
