Functie

Vivaldis zoekt voor een toonaangevende speler in liftservice en -onderhoud een Troubleshooter Liften voor West-Vlaanderen. In deze rol ben jij het technisch aanspreekpunt wanneer storingen blijven terugkomen of wanneer een herstelling complex wordt. Je ondersteunt onderhoudstechniekers op de baan, denkt mee in oplossingen die écht blijven werken en helpt de servicekwaliteit structureel te verbeteren.

Je takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit:

  • Depanneren van liften met herhaaldelijke of complexe pannes tot de definitieve oplossing gevonden is
  • Ondersteunen en opleiden van minder ervaren techniekers (telefonisch én on-site)
  • Intensief samenwerken met collega-troubleshooters en het technisch departement
  • Rapporteren van analyses, acties en oplossingen aan je supervisor
  • Actief bijdragen aan veilig, efficiënt en klantgericht werken, met focus op continu leren en verbeteren

Je komt terecht in een technisch sterk team met ruime opleidingsmogelijkheden (intern/extern) richting meerdere liftmerken, zodat je kan doorgroeien in expertise en verantwoordelijkheid.

Profiel

Je bent een technische probleemoplosser die rustig blijft onder druk en energie haalt uit het vinden van oorzaken, niet alleen symptomen. Je combineert zelfstandigheid op de baan met vlotte samenwerking en een coachende houding naar collega’s.

We zoeken bij voorkeur iemand met:

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in het herstellen van liften en het oplossen van storingen (ervaring met verschillende merken is een plus)
  • Opleidingsniveau: secundair onderwijs
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands zeer goed (je communiceert duidelijk met collega’s en klanten)
  • Rijbewijs B (je werkt in de regio West-Vlaanderen)
  • Sterke soft skills: analytisch denken, veiligheidsbewust, stressbestendig, prioriteiten stellen, proactief en verantwoordelijk
  • Zin om collega’s te begeleiden in hun groei en zelf ook te blijven bijleren via opleidingen en kennisdeling
  • Praktisch: je werkt voltijds (40u/week) met vaste daguren en draait wachtdienst om de 7 weken (met premie).
