Voor onze klant, een groot bedrijf in de regio van Merelbeke zijn we op zoek naar een showroomverantwoordelijke sanitair!

Dit is jouw takenpakket als showroomverantwoordelijke sanitair :

  • Als verantwoordelijke voor de verkoop en het klantenadvies in de showroom, sta je in voor het commercieel beheer en de ontwikkeling van het zakencijfer van de showroom te Brugge.
  • Je staat garant voor het professionele 'service-imago' van Facq en promoot een uitmuntende dienstverlening.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een ploeg van een tiental showroom advisors.
  • Je bent zelf ook operationeel betrokken bij de verkoop

Profiel

Als showroomverantwoordelijke sanitair kan jij dit makkelijk afvinken:

  • Je bent een teamleider in hart en nieren, en kan terugkijken op enkele jaren succesvolle ervaring in de verkoop.
  • Coachen, motiveren en leiding geven zit jou als gegoten.
  • Je hebt technische competenties in sanitair, door opleiding of ervaring.
  • Je bent een vlotte beslisser en deinst er niet voor terug problemen op te lossen en veranderingen door te voeren.
  • Je bent bereid op zaterdag te werken, daar tegenover staat een vrije dag in de week.
  • Je spreekt en beheerst heel vlot Nederlands.
