Wij zijn op zoek naar een vertegenwoordiger voor dakproducten in regio West- Vlaanderen.

  • Streef je naar het uitbouwen van langdurige, succesvolle samenwerkingen en onderhoud je een goede relatie met de bestaande klanten
  • Haal je een kick uit het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en projecten
  • Adviseer je onze klanten over producten en oplossingen over hun specifieke bouwbehoeften
  • Maak je offertes op en volg je deze op
  • Werk je nauw samen met de collega’s van de filialen in jouw regio alsook met de collega’s van backoffice
  • Ben je resultaatgericht, je voelt je goed als vooropgestelde targets behaald worden
  • Blijf je op de hoogte van trends, pricing, producten en ontwikkelingen in de markt zodat we onze klanten steeds de beste oplossingen kunnen bieden

Profiel

  • Beschikt over een gedegen commerciële ervaring en heeft kennis van dak en gevel
  • Heeft reeds een netwerk van dakwerkers, aannemers, etc. uitgebouwd
  • Is vlot in de omgang, communicatief sterk en beschikt over uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden
  • Is empathisch, luistervaardig en kan snel de behoeften van de klant in kaart kan brengen
  • Gaat steeds voor een excellente service, is klantgericht en kan zich gemakkelijk aanpassen aan verschillende persoonlijkheden
  • Denkt in termen van oplossingen en is resultaatgericht
  • Combineert een proactieve houding en een uitstekende technische kennis om vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen
  • Draagt door een aanstekelijke drive en enthousiasme bij tot een positieve en constructieve werksfeer waar men denkt in termen van klantentevredenheid, marge en werkplezier
  • Is in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
