Voor onze klant gelegen in Ternat, een toonaangevende internationale verzekeringsmakelaar en specialist in op maat gemaakte verzekeringsoplossingen voor expats, digital nomads en internationale organisaties wereldwijd zijn wij op zoek naar meerdere gedreven Inside Verzekeringsadviseurs.

Heb jij commercieel gevoel, een talenknobbel en werk je graag in een boeiende, multiculturele omgeving? Hier hoef je niet aan koude acquisitie te doen: je gaat aan de slag met zeer warme leads, hoofdzakelijk aangeleverd via een sterk netwerk van samenwerkende makelaars en binnenkomende aanvragen. Jouw taak? Binnenkoppen, professioneel adviseren, sterke relaties onderhouden en de juiste dossiers afronden!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opvolging van Warme Leads & Partnercontacten: Je verwerkt kwalitatieve aanvragen die hoofdzakelijk binnenkomen via samenwerkende makelaars en partners (geen cold calling).
  • Adviseren op Maat: Je analyseert de noden van internationale klanten en denkt actief met hen en de tussenpersonen mee over de juiste dekkingen en verzekeringsproducten (o.a. gezondheidszorg, mobiliteit en expatpakketten).
  • Offertebeheer & Relatiebeheer: Je stelt nauwkeurige offertes op, volgt dossiers professioneel op en fungeert als betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor de makelaars en eindklanten.
  • Bureauwerk: Je voert je taken 100% uit vanuit kantoor of thuis via telefoon, mail en digitale kanalen (geen verplaatsingen naar klanten).

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Talenkennis (Cruciaal): Je beheerst minstens twee van de volgende talen zeer vlot en de derde goed: Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Elke extra vreemde taal is een geweldige troef gezien de internationale context.
  • Certificering / Ervaring:Een PCP-attest (Wet Cauwenberghs / verzekeringstechnische kennis) is een zeer groot pluspunt. Relevante ervaring in de verzekeringssector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Heb je nog geen ervaring in verzekeringen? Dan is het bezit van een PCP-attest vereist.
  • Commerciële & Communicatieve Vaardigheden: Je communiceert vlot en servicegericht met professionele makelaars en particuliere klanten.
  • Organisatorisch: Je werkt accuraat, punctueel en bent vlot met moderne softwaresystemen.
