Vivant Omsorg verksamheten Trygga Barn

Vi söker nu en stabil och engagerad avlastningsfamilj som kan stötta ett av våra familjehem genom att ta emot ett barn under 10 år varannan helg samt vid vissa lov.

Uppdraget innebär att ge barnet en trygg, förutsägbar och omsorgsfull miljö där det finns utrymme för vila, lek och positiva upplevelser. Samtidigt blir ni en viktig avlastning för familjehemmet, så att de kan fortsätta sitt långsiktiga och viktiga uppdrag med god kvalitet.

Vi söker er som:

  • Har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete eller uppdrag inom LSS
  • Har god förståelse för barns olika behov och anpassningar
  • Kan erbjuda struktur, lugn och tydlighet
  • Har ett stabilt hem och en trygg livssituation

Om verksamheten

Trygga Barn är en familje- och jourhemsverksamhet som tar emot placeringar av barn som varit utsatta för olika former av våld, såsom anknytningstrauma, psykiskt våld och akuta skyddsbehov. Barnen kan uppvisa trauma och psykisk ohälsa, exempelvis självdestruktiva beteenden, traumadiagnoser, otrygg anknytning och ångestproblematik.

Trygga Barn är den första familjehemsverksamheten i Sverige där alla placerade barn tilldelas ett barnombud med sekretess gentemot familjehemmet, i syfte att säkerställa god vård och förebygga missförhållanden. Verksamheten har även specialistkompetens inom narcissistiskt och känslomässigt våld.

Alla familjehem och jourhem inom verksamheten erbjuds kontinuerlig utbildning, handledning och avlastning.

Kvalifikationer

Vi välkomnar alla typer av familjekonstellationer, exempelvis ensamstående, par, samkönade par och familjer med eller utan egna barn.

Krav:

  • Minst 18 år
  • Barnet ska kunna erbjudas eget rum
  • Utdrag ur belastningsregister, misstankeregister, socialregister, LOB-register samt register från Försäkringskassan och Kronofogden

Personliga egenskaper som värderas högt är trygghet, känslomässig tillgänglighet, samarbetsförmåga, självreflektion och engagemang.
